Whether you haven't exercised for years and need an extra push, are pregnant or planning to be, want to support your mental wellbeing or just want to improve your health and fitness, having a trainer is one of the best ways to get results.

Personal Training can be done on a 1:1 basis, with a friend or in small groups and is tailored for your specific needs and goals. The sessions can be held outside in a park, at your house or online. In-person training is in the North London area (Primrose Hill, Regent's Park, Belsize, Hampstead, Islington and Camden) but if done virtually you can be anywhere!

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and have been training clients for over 13 years. Sessions are open to anyone.

We can either do personal sessions or you can bring your baby to the regular group classes and we’ll give you options that are suitable for you to do.
